Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Jeuce Baby, we stand behind the quality and freshness of our juices, and we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. If there are any missing juices, damaged or wrong orders, please provide a picture of the product you received, and we will be happy to provide store credit or replacement. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you receive the best possible product and service from us.

Cancellations:
We strive to provide the best customer experience possible, and we understand that sometimes orders may need to be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, please make sure to submit your cancellation request to info@jeucebabyabb.shop within 24 hours of placing your order. 

 

We want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their order. If you need to cancel, just let us know and we’ll provide you with store credit for your cancelled order. Please note that store credit must be used within a specific timeframe.

We understand that sometimes things come up and schedules change. However, if you have selected our pick-up service and cannot make it to your scheduled pick-up date, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if we do not hear from you and you do not pick up your order, it will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. Please be advised that orders must be picked up within the designated timeframe or they will be cancelled and store credit will be issued.

That's why we offer a variety of payment options, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo. Payment must be made upon ordering to ensure that we can fulfill your order. Please note that we do not accept personal checks.
